Grade II Listed Building

With our new service skyEye, RS Building Consultancy Ltd were appointed to undertake a Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme for a Grade II listed building by a Cardiff based property Management Agency. High level inspections were conducted using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV or drone) which identified a number of high priority chimney and valley repairs. This allowed the Client to focus on specific areas of repair, reducing financial expenditure on scaffolding and associated high level access.
