Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules

A Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule (PPMS) identifies the current condition of a subject building and / or site to assess what maintenance work will be required, and when.

A PPMS may be prepared to forecast maintenance over a five year period (quinquennial) or up to a period of ten years (decennial).

PPMS aims at identifying defects and maintenance requirements, and are categorised using condition ratings and priority codes.

We will provide you with a detailed summary of the findings with anticipated time-scales within which the works are likely to be required.
