On receipt of a significant dilapidations claim from their Landlord, RS Building Consultancy Ltd were instructed to inspect an industrial property on Bridgend Industrial Estate, and to analyse the Clients occupational Lease and other documentation in order to assess the validity and quantum of claim.
The net result was a 75% saving on the original demand, concluded by a financial settlement.
